Hi, I am Harriet (芷竹). I’m a Senior Product Designer with a background in Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science from UC San Diego. Today, at Intuit, I lead end-to-end initiatives across QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Mailchimp — reducing drop-off, accelerating engineering velocity, and shaping scalable integrations with major financial institutions.
Previously, I helped grow engagement and drive 70k+ app downloads at Route, and shipped a vaccination app that scheduled 150k+ frontline workers during COVID.
I thrive at intersectional problem solving, with a proven track record of delivering delightful experiences that connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Outside of work…
